For orders from the site, your candle should be shipped within 3-4 working days. For custom orders, your candle can take up to two weeks to be made as the bottle may need to be sourced first.

If you need your candle by a certain date, please do contact us and we'll do what we can to get it to you in time.


It's important to us that we create a product you're happy with and want you to feel assured you can buy with confidence. A lot of love and time goes into each one so we want you to feel as happy with it as we are. 

If you’re dissatisfied with your candle, we'd be happy to return, replace or exchange our standard products.

Unfortunately, we can't refund custom orders with them being created especially for you.

If your candle gets damaged in transit, we'll replace it for you.


Payment for products on the site can be made by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. 

For some bespoke orders, or wholesale orders, alternative payment methods can be arranged, such as direct bank transfers, that we can send an invoice for.
